Welcome to Above & Beyond ABA Therapy Onboarding for RBTs!

Welcome to ABT's Onboarding Training for RBTs! You will be spending a week at our clinic learning different skills and methodologies that will support you with being the best RBT you can be! Throughout the Teachable courses, we will learn about different subjects and procedures used within applied behavior analysis. Each module will discuss a specific concept, in which will be utilized throughout your time as an RBT and coincides with your 40-hour training curriculum. After watching these modules, which may include text, voice recordings, video demonstrations, short answers and quizzes, you will be expected to demonstrate these skills. This is to provide you with as much practice and support so you feel confident on your first day on the job as an RBT. We are excited to aide you in this learning process and assist you in your journey to becoming a competent registered behavior technician!
